A little about me:
I’m Christina Archer. I’ve spent my career recruiting nurses and healthcare professionals, leading talent acquisition teams at HCA Healthcare, Main Line Health, and currently oversee the pre-hire onboarding experience with TheKey Home Care. I hold my Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, a Master’s in Leadership & Organizational Development and have built a LinkedIn community of 200,000+ healthcare professionals. Beyond the professional credentials, I’m a proud mom to five adult children, Grammy to two precious grandsons, pack leader of 4 spoiled dogs, and a dedicated live music and theater enthusiast.
I’ve reviewed thousands of nursing resumes, conducted countless interviews, and negotiated compensation packages across multiple markets and specialties. This newsletter is where I share what actually works.
